The subject matter of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party Comprehensive supply of electricity (sale and distribution) and billing of electricity injected into the grid from micro-generation installations for the needs of the Lublin University of TechnologyThe sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services will take place under the terms and conditions set forth in the Model Contract, in this Specification and in the Act of April 10, 1997.
