The subject of the order is the supply of electricity and distribution services for the Municipality of Piensk and its organizational units. The scope of the order includes the sale of electricity and distribution services to:1)98 energy consumption points, Pieńsk Municipality - appendix 12)6 energy consumption points , Euroregional Center for Culture and Communication in Pieńsk - appendix 23)1 energy consumption point - Voluntary Fire Brigade in Bielawa Górna - appendix 3 4)1 energy consumption point - Voluntary Fire Brigade in Pieńsk - appendix 45) 1 energy consumption point - Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej in Pieńsk Sp. z o.o. - appendix 5The aforementioned appendices include the available metering points and the planned amount of electricity consumption for each point separately, but also on a monthly and biennial basisThe number of metering systems accounting for the consumed electricity in total - 107

Including energy billed:a) In the 24-hour group C11,b) In the peak group C12a,c) In the off-peak group C 12a,d) In the day group O12,e) In the night group O12,f) In the 24-hour group C21.g) In the 24-hour group G 11The projected electricity consumption indicated in the appendices is indicative and may differ from the actual amount of energy consumed, during the contract period. Decrease or increase in the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties (customers), except for the need to pay for the actual amount of energy consumed and transmission services in accordance with the applicable tariff of the operator. The contractor should take into account fluctuations in consumption at a level of (±) 20%.
