The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, the Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. Procurement - purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ: The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023. is 6,446,541.00 kWh.
1 The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Appendix 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. The Municipality of Zamość and the units listed in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR will conclude separate agreements resulting from this public procurement procedure by open tender for the PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE PURCHASE GROUP OF THE MUNICIPAL MUNICIPALITY OF ZAMOSC. Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by the Municipality and its organizational units is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. It will be the duty of the selected Contractor to represent the Contracting Authority and its organizational units before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the notification of the change of seller. In order to perform the above mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive appropriate power of attorney (attachment no. 4.1 to the SWZ)2. The Contracting Authority, acting on its own behalf and on the basis of the signed Agreement (Agreement to be reviewed at the Contracting Authority's seat), on behalf of:- Grabowiec Municipality- Komarów Osada Municipality- Krasnobród Municipality- Kraśniczyn Municipality- Łabunie Municipality- Nielisz Municipality- Sitno- Skierbieszów Municipality- Stary Zamość Municipality- Sułów Municipality- Szczebrzeszyn Municipality3. Procurement - purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ:1) The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023. is 6,446,541.00 kWh.2) The estimated value of the contract in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is PLN 5,082,273.58.3) Performance of activities under the power of attorney, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 4.1 to the SWZ), in particular, the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to notify the designated Distribution System Operator to execute the electricity sales contract concluded with the Contractor, to make declarations of intent and determine on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary information regarding the termination of the current electricity sales contract and the provision of distribution services (comprehensive contract), to represent the Ordering Party before the competent Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of the distribution services contract. 4 The Ordering Party informs that the process of changing the seller is taking place once again. All customers are entitled to benefit from the maximum price of electricity within the meaning of Article 2. paragraph 1) b of the Law of October 27, 2022 on emergency measures to reduce the amount of electricity prices and support for certain customers in 2023. The Recipient shall attach to the contracts concluded as a result of this proceeding the DECLARATION of the Eligible Recipient referred to in Article 2.2.b-e of the Act of October 27, 2022 on emergency measures aimed at limiting the amount of electricity prices and support for certain recipients in 2023 (Journal of Laws, item 2243). Detailed information is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
