The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, the Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. Order - purchase of electricity for the objects listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 10,573,417.00 kWh.
The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Skarżysko-Kamienna Municipality and the members of the Purchasing Group and their units listed in attachment no. 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate agreements from this public procurement procedure in the open tender for the PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE PURCHASE GROUP OF THE MUNICIPAL MUNICIPALITY OF SKARŻYSKO-KAMIENNA. Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by the Municipality and its organizational units is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. It will be the duty of the selected Contractor to represent the Contracting Authority and its organizational units before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the notification of the change of seller. The Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney to perform the aforementioned activities (attachment no. 4.1 to SWZ)The Contracting Authority, acting on its own behalf and on the basis of the signed Agreement (Agreement to be reviewed at the Contracting Authority's office), on behalf of:- Municipality of Bliżyn- Municipality of Borkowice- Municipality of Chlewiska- Municipality of Jastrząb- Municipality of Łączna- Municipality of Mirów- Municipality of Orońsko- Municipality of Skarżysko Kościelne- Municipality of Suchedniów- Municipality of WąchockProcurement - purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ:Estimated demand of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 10,573,417.00 kWh.The estimated value of the contract in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023. is PLN 8,339,259.59.Execution of activities under the power of attorney, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Draft provisions of the contract (Appendix no. 4.1 to the SWZ), in particular, the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to notify the designated Distribution System Operator for the execution of the electricity sales contract concluded with the Contractor, to make declarations of intent and determine on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary information regarding the termination of the current electricity sales contract and the provision of distribution services (comprehensive contract), to represent the Ordering Party before the competent Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of the contract for the provision of distribution services. The Procuring Entity informs that the process of changing the seller is taking place once again. Detailed information on the terms of the current electricity sales contracts is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Appendix 1 to the SWZ indicates the current electricity seller. Electricity distribution contracts are concluded for an indefinite period. All customers are entitled to benefit from the maximum price of electricity within the meaning of Article 2. paragraph 1) of the Law of October 27, 2022 on emergency measures to reduce the amount of electricity prices and support for certain customers in 2023. Recipients shall attach to the contracts concluded as a result of this proceeding a DECLARATION OF THE ENTITLED RECIPIENT, as referred to in Article 2.2.b-e of the Act of October 27, 2022 on emergency measures aimed at limiting the amount of electricity prices and support for certain recipients in 2023 (Journal of Laws, item 2243). The Employer reserves the right to change the destination and affiliation of electricity consumption points to a specific customer and thus the possibility of changing the % share of consumption that will be covered by tariff protection. Detailed information is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
