Description

1. the subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity in the year 2022 to the customers described in chapter 1 of the SWZ. 2.The subject matter of the contract covers the supply of electricity during the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022 to 4,081 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated volume (consumption variation +/- 10%) of 86,164.97 MWh (base order), including: 1) To premises and facilities - tariff groups C, G, R (Part 1 of the contract) - 42,834.49 MWh - the detailed list of PPE constitutes attachment 5a to the SWZ (base order) 2) For the premises and facilities - tariff group B (Part 2 of the contract) - 28,370.33 MWh - the detailed list of PPE constitutes attachment 5b to the SWZ3) For road lighting (Part 3 of the contract) - 14,960.15 MWh - the detailed list of PPE constitutes attachment 5c to the SWZ. 2.
Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract - Part 1 of the contract - supply of electricity to premises and facilities - tariff group C, G, R1) Number of measurement systems accounting for the electricity consumed 2,550 units23) Estimated electricity consumption (base order) for the contract period: 42,834.49 MWh, including: Zone I 23,322.21 MWhZone II 13,772.32 MWhZone III 5,739.96 MWhoption 140.43 MWh, including: Zone I 59.71 MWhZone II 80.72 MWh4) The above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at the level of (+/-10%).5) The Ordering Party - Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej w Jezierzycach sp. z o.o. - in connection with the installed photovoltaic installation, envisages concluding a contract for balancing electricity generated and not used at the level of approx. 1 MWh per year PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the European Union L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "RODO", the Contracting Authority informs that: 1)the administrator of your personal data (ADO) is Zarząd Dróg i Zieleni, 81-364 Gdynia, ul. 10 Lutego 24, tel. 58 761 20 00, e-mail: sekretariat@zdiz.gdynia.pl2)contact with the Data Protection Inspector (DPO) - iod@zdiz.gdynia.pl3)Your personal data shall be processed for the purposes related to the proceedings for the award of this public contract, the conclusion and performance of the contract, the establishment, investigation or defence of potential claims and for archiving purposes - on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1(b) and (c) of the RODO;4)recipients of your personal data will be only entities entitled to obtain personal data or entities participating in the performance of the contract, in particular persons or entities to whom the documentation of the proceedings will be made available pursuant to Article 18 and Article 74(1) and (2)(1) of the Act of 11 September 2019. - Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129), hereinafter referred to as the "PPL Act";5)Your personal data will be stored until the expiry of the statute of limitations of your mutual claims and for the archiving period resulting from the filing instructions 6) You have the right to demand from the ADO access to your personal data, their rectification or limitation of processing, and also deletion, subject to art. 17 item 1 and 3 of the RODO Act; 7) The obligation to provide personal data concerning you directly is a statutory requirement specified in the provisions of the PPL Act, related to participation in the public procurement procedure; consequences of failure to provide certain data result from the PPL Act; 8) You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 00-193 Warsaw, Stawki 2 St., regarding processing of the provided personal data contrary to the RODO Act. 2) A detailed description of the electricity consumption points (PPE) has been provided by the Ordering Party in appendix no. 5b to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). 3) Estimated electricity consumption (basic order) during the agreement term: 28,370.33 MWh, including: Zone I 10,366.80 MWh Zone II 3,518.77 MWh Zone III 14,484.76 MWh. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at the level of (+/-10%).5) All systems are adapted to the procedure for changing the seller.6) The ordering party - Zakład Usług Wodnych Sp. z o.o. in Słupsk - in connection with the mounted photovoltaic installation provides for concluding an agreement for balancing electricity generated and not used at the level of approx. 15 MWh per year. 7)The supplies shall be carried out between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022, subject to possible different time periods described in detail in the List of Points of Consumption.22In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "RODO", the Contracting Authority informs that: 1) the administrator of your personal data (ADO) is Zarząd Dróg i Zieleni, 81-364 Gdynia, ul. 10 Lutego 24, tel. 58 761 20 00, e-mail: sekretariat@zdiz.gdynia.pl2) contact with the Inspector for Data Protection (IOD) - iod@zdiz.gdynia.pl3) Your personal data will be processed for the purposes related to the proceedings for the award of this public contract, the conclusion and performance of the contract, the establishment, investigation or defence of possible claims and for archiving purposes - on the basis of Art. 6 sec. 1 points b and c of the RODO;4) the recipients of your personal data will be only entities entitled to obtain personal data or entities participating in the performance of the contract, in particular persons or entities to whom the documentation of the proceedings will be made available pursuant to Article 18 and Article 74 par. and par. 2 point 1) of the Act of 11 September 2019. - Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129), hereinafter referred to as the "PPL Act";5) Your personal data will be stored until the expiry of the statute of limitations of mutual claims and for the archiving period resulting from the office instructions; 6) You have the right to demand from ADO access to your personal data, their rectification or restriction of processing, and furthermore their deletion subject to Article 17 par. 6) You have the right to demand from ADO access to your personal data, their rectification or limitation of processing and furthermore - deletion, subject to Art. 17 par. 1 and 3 of RODO; 7) The obligation to provide personal data concerning you directly is a statutory requirement specified in the provisions of the PPL Act, related to participation in the public procurement proceedings; consequences of failure to provide certain data result from the PPL Act; 8) You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection 00-193 Warsaw, Stawki 2 St., regarding processing of the personal data incompatible with RODO. 2) A detailed description of the points of consumption (PPE) has been provided by the Ordering Party in Appendix No. 5c to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). 3) Estimated electricity consumption (basic order) during the contract period: 14,960.15 MWh, of which: Zone I 4,090.89 MWhZone II 10,869.26 MWh4) The above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at the level of (+/-10%). 5) Supplies shall be carried out between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022, subject to possible different periods described in detail in the List of Points of Consumption.
