The subject matter of the order is the sale of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law Act (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the sale of electricity, in the planned quantity of approx. 5 000 000 kWh for 40 points of consumption of electricity belonging to the Office of Technical Inspection (hereinafter referred to as UDT), in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Specification of the Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as the ToR and in the model agreement attached to the ToR.
The subject matter of the contract is the sale of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law Act (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the sale of electricity in the planned amount of approx. 5 000 000 kWh for 40 points of consumption of electricity belonging to the Office of Technical Inspection (hereinafter referred to as UDT), in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Specification of the Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as the ToR and in the specimen agreement attached to the ToR.2Electricity should meet the technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and its implementing regulations and Polish standards.3The Ordering Party reserves the right to discontinue electricity consumption for individual points of consumption specified in the appendix to the agreement, change the tariff group, increase the number of points of consumption (changing the tariff group and increasing the number of points of consumption is possible only within the tariff groups that have been included in the ToR) or change the planned amount of electricity consumption for individual points of consumption.5 The Ordering Party informs that this will be another change of supplier for all EPP.
