Description

The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the contracting authority's facilities and organizational units indicated in Annex 1 to the ToR. The Municipality of Skarżysko-Kamienna and members of the purchasing group as well as their units listed in Annex 1 to the ToR will conclude separate contracts resulting from this public procurement procedure in an open tender. Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by individual municipalities and their organisational units is contained in Annex 1 to the ToR. It will be the duty of the selected contractor to terminate the existing contracts for the sale of electricity and provision of distribution services (comprehensive contracts) and to represent the contracting authority and its organizational units before the relevant distribution system operator in matters related to the conclusion of new distribution contracts. The contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney to perform the aforementioned activities (Appendix 4.1 to the ToR).
The subject matter of this order is the purchase of electricity for the contracting authority's facilities and organisational units indicated in Annex 1 to the ToR, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997. The Skarżysko-Kamienna Municipality and members of the purchasing group as well as their units listed in Annex 1 to the ToR will conclude separate agreements resulting from this public procurement procedure in an open tender for the purchase of electricity for the needs of the purchasing group of the Skarżysko-Kamienna Municipality. Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by individual municipalities and their organisational units is contained in Appendix 1 to the ToR. It will be the duty of the selected contractor to terminate the existing contracts for the sale of electricity and provision of distribution services (comprehensive contracts) and to represent the ordering party and its organisational units before the relevant distribution system operator in matters related to the conclusion of new distribution contracts. The contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (appendix 4.1 to the ToR) to perform the above mentioned activities.2021 to 31.12.2021 amounts to 11 225 880,00 kWh;2) estimated value of the contract for the period from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021 amounts to PLN 3 592 281,60;3) performance of activities under the power of attorney, constituting Annex 1 to the draft agreement (Annex 4.3) performance of activities under power of attorney, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the ToR), and in particular the contracting authority obliges the contractor to report to the designated distribution system operator on the execution of the electricity sales agreement concluded with the contractor, to submit declarations of intent, and to establish on behalf of the contracting authority all necessary information concerning termination of the existing electricity sales agreement and provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreement), and to represent the contracting authority before the relevant distribution system operator in matters related to the conclusion of the distribution services agreement.The Ordering Party acts on its own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement to be viewed at the Ordering Party's registered office), on behalf of the following municipalities, as well as their organisational units, which are indicated in Appendix 1 to the ToR: - the municipalities of Bliżyn, - the municipalities of Borkowice, - the municipalities of Chlewiska, - the municipalities of Jastrząb, - the municipalities of Łączna, - the municipalities of Mirów, - the municipalities of Mirzec, - the municipalities of Orońsko, - the municipalities of Skarżysko Kościelne, - the municipalities of Suchedniów and Wąchock.
