Supply of electricity for the lighting of roads, open areas, buildings and municipal organizational units represented by the Municipality of Bochnia in the estimated amount: 10,126,413 kWh during the term of the contract to the electricity consumption and metering points of the Municipality of the City of Bochnia together with the municipal organizational units.
The contract includes:1) Supply of electricity for lighting roads, open areas, buildings and municipal organizational units represented by the Municipality of Bochnia in the estimated amount: 10,126,413 kWh during the term of the contract to the electricity consumption and metering points of the Municipality of the City of Bochnia together with the municipal organizational units according to the attachment.2) The number of energy consumption points may be increased by new consumption points. The Bochnia Municipality is planning to connect several new points of supply in the 4th quarter of 2021, which are currently under construction (e.g. street lighting - ul. Goczałkowskich lateral, street lighting KNII-new road on the section from ul. Seruga to ul. Brodzińskiego, connection to new buildings in Planty Salinarne).3) In subsequent years, the Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of connecting new points of supply.4) It will be the duty of the Contractor to terminate the currently concluded contracts for the supply of electricity. The Contractor who signs the contract is obliged to submit, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, to the Distribution System Operator responsible for the Contracting Authority, a notification of conclusion of a contract for the sale of electricity to individual facilities.5) The Contracting Authority will conclude a single contract for the supply of energy under the terms and conditions of the selected, best bid on behalf of all municipal organisational units listed in the appendix.67) The amount of purchased energy will be accounted for according to the actual consumption of energy by the Customer and municipal organizational units. It is not allowed to charge for energy in the amount determined on the basis of the forecasted consumption. The payers will be the entities listed in the appendix, submitted to the electric energy seller selected as a result of this procedure, in accordance with §5 items 10-12 of the agreement. 8) The current Distribution System Operator in the territory of the Bochnia Municipality is TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. 9) The participants of the proceedings have signed agreements for definite or indefinite period of time. Information on currently valid contracts are presented in the appendix. 10) Manner (quantity of supply) and place of supply: for street lighting, the place of supply of energy shall be the change of function of the power line, from the transmission or distribution line to the recipient's installations. In particular: the terminals of the power cable in the street lighting cabinet or the current terminals at the cable outlet from the protections towards the consumer's installations.11Other energy supply points resulting from the interpretation of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended), are defined in the terms and conditions of connection. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract includes: 1) List of Energy Consumption Points with estimated consumption and a list of currently valid contracts 2) List of consumption according to tariffs 4) Cost of delivery form 5) Draft provisions of the agreement with the appendix to the agreement - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and in compliance with the secondary legislation thereto, in particular with the customer service quality standards set forth in the Ordinance of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 regarding the detailed rules of shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trade (Journal of Laws 2019.503, as amended). (Dz.U.2007.93.623 as amended) The Contractor shall ensure quality service requirements in the scope of the delivery.
