Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation/assembly on residential buildings of renewable energy sources in the municipality of Sokółka as part of the project "Improvement of energy efficiency and environmental conditions in the municipality of Sokółka through installation of renewable energy sources on residential buildings".1 The scope of the contract includes the delivery and installation/assembly of renewable energy sources on residential buildings in the municipality of Sokółka in accordance with the project documentation. The order is divided into three parts. The Economic Operator may submit a bid for one, two or three parts: 1) Task and delivery and installation based on the available design documentation of solar collector sets: Package I -11 pieces, Package II -6 pieces 2The order also includes: training of real estate owners' representatives in the scope of operation and exploitation of solar and photovoltaic sets, preparation and delivery to the user of a written instruction manual and warranty inspection sheet for each installed set, preparation of as-built documentation enabling operation and notification to the appropriate network manager, preparation of a list of devices used with warranty cards and technical documentation of these devices together with a list of materials used to make the above mentioned set, preparation of as-built documentation enabling operation and notification to the appropriate network manager, preparation of a list of devices used with warranty cards and technical documentation of these devices together with a list of materials used to make the above mentioned set. The Contracting Authority requires that the panels proposed by the Contractor should not be older than 12 months.4.The Contractor will have to agree with the owner of the property the date of delivery and installation of solar collectors and photovoltaic panels.
