this framework agreement includes the following services for consumption sites in segments C2 to C5 (electricity) and T2 to T4 (gas):-the supply of electricity and natural gas and related services;-access to and use of the public distribution network under a single contract and all associated services (excluding the Card contract)The Framework Agreement comprises 2 lots, it is concluded for a period of 3 years, tacitly renewable 5 times 1 year (for a total maximum period of 8 years), from the date of receipt of the notification by the Framework Agreement's contractors.The framework agreement is concluded with a maximum quantity defined below for each of the lots and will be concluded with a maximum of 10 contractors per lot. The Framework Agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts
