Comprehensive supply of electricity in 2021 and 2022, consisting of the sale and provision of electricity distribution services for facilities owned by the municipality of Trzebownisko and for road lighting.
The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity in 2021 and 2022, List of organizational units of Trzebownisko commune:1. John Paul II School Complex in Jasionka, 36-002 Jasionka (ZSJ);2. School Complex in Łęka, 36-004 Łąka 224 b (ZS Ła);3. School Complex in Łukawiec, 36-004 Łąka (ZS Łc);4. School Complex in Nowa Wieś, 36-001 Trzebownisko (ZS NW);5. School Complex in Stobierna 1, 36-0012 Jasionka (ZS S1);6. Ludwik Nabielak Primary School No. 2 in Stobierna 954, 36-002 Jasionka (SP S2);7. School Complex in Wólka Podleśna, Wólka Podleśna 438, 36-002 Jasionka (ZS WP);8. Home Army School Complex in Zaczern, 36-062 Zaczern 249A (ZSZ);9. Kindergarten in Trzebownisko, 36-001 Trzebownisko 968 (PT);10. Primary School in Trzebownisko im. bpa Wojciech Tomaki, 36-001 Trzebownisko 965 (SPT);11. Educational Centre of Trzebownisko Commune (CO);12. Municipal Social Welfare Centre Trzebownisko (GOPS);13. Trzebownisko Sports and Recreation Centre in Trzebownisko (OSR);14. Trzebownisko Water and Sewage Management Plant (ZGWŚ);15. Trzebownisko Municipality (G);16. In 2021 it is assumed for the price calculation that the energy consumption will be 4 247 994 kWh.In 2022 it is assumed for the price calculation that the energy consumption will be 4 247 994 kWh.The electricity consumption given in the list of objects (Appendices 1, 2, 3 to the ToR) and accepted to the contract is only indicative, used only to calculate the estimated contract value and to compare offers. It does not constitute an obligation for the Contracting Authority to purchase electricity in the specified quantity. The settlement of the obligations arising from the sale of electricity will take place as indicated by the metering and billing systems. Delivery will be made according to the rules specified in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997. (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1059 and 2013, item 984) and in the executive acts issued on the grounds of the Act as well as in accordance with the provisions of the Act dated April 23rd 1964. - Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 16 item 93, as amended). The contractor will supply electricity in accordance with the applicable quality standards of customer service as specified in the executive acts to the Energy Law. The settlement period is two months. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendices 1, 2 and 3 constituting the list and characteristics of the facilities and PPE in the municipality of Trzebownisko (organizational units). The Ordering Party has concluded agreements for a definite period of time, i.e. until the end of December 2020 with PGE Obrót S.A. Rzeszów, 8 Marca Street.
