Description

The object of the service to be rendered is the supply of electrical energy to the client's power consumption points. In Annexes 1a to 1i and 2 to the specifications - List of Offtake Points Lot 1 to 9 the individual offtake points are listed numerically. In addition, the Contractor shall have the option of supplying 100% green electricity.
The transfer point is in each case the property boundary between the distribution system operator's network and the respective customer's system. All services associated with the supply of electricity to the individual points of delivery shall be provided by the contractor. This concerns in particular:- Conclusion of the necessary network use contracts with the respective distribution network operator;- Provision of the necessary electrical power at the respective point of delivery as well as- Supply of the electrical energy.
