The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of end customers of the electricity (as defined by art. 3 item 13a of the act of 13.04.1997r. Energy law, associated within a purchasing group established on the basis of powers of attorney granted to the Municipality of Lubin from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022.

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of end consumers of electricity (as defined by art. 3 item 13a of the act of 13.04.1997 Energy law, associated with the Municipality of Lubin). Number of PPE - 11 004, Estimated volume of electricity consumption: 167 714 534 kWh. A detailed list of recipients with their locations, connection capacities and specified energy tariffs, together with a list of the number of meters, is specified in the Annex to the Terms of Reference.
