1.The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting of the comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services, in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2026, for the following organizational units of the Słupeckie County: 1) District Starost Office in Słupca, 2) Vocational School Complex named after Gen. Władysława Sikorskiego in Słupca,3) General and Vocational School Complex in Zagórów, 4) Economic School Complex in Słupca, 5) Special School and Educational Center in Słupca, 6) County Road Administration with its seat in Słomczyce,7) Support Center for Children and Youth with Crisis Intervention in Lądek, 8) District Inter-School Sports Center in Słupca,9) High School in Słupca,10) Nursing Home in Zagórów,11) Nursing Home in Strzałków,12 )Nursing Home in Skubarczew,13) Vocational and Continuing Education Center in Strzałków.

Władysława Sikorskiego in Słupca,3) General and Vocational School Complex in Zagórów,4) Economic School Complex in Słupca,5) Special School and Educational Center in Słupca,6) County Road Administration with its seat in Słomczyce,7) Support Center for Children and Youth with Crisis Intervention in Lądek,8) District Inter-School Sports Center in Słupca,9) High School in Słupca,10) Social Welfare Home in Zagórów,11) Social Welfare Home in Strzałków,12) Social Welfare Home in Skubarczew,13) Vocational and Continuing Education Center in Strzałków.The addresses and other relevant data of which are listed in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.2The value of electricity demand indicated in the SWZ documents is an estimated value, which does not reflect the real or declared use of electricity during the term of the agreement and in no way can be the basis for any claims by the Contractor. Actual settlements will take place on the basis of current indications of metering and billing systems for the supply of electricity in accordance with the Contractor's offer, for the distribution of electricity will take place on the basis of charges resulting from the Tariff for electricity distribution services. 3. the supply of electricity and the provision of distribution services shall take place in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Law - Energy Law of April 10, 1997 (i.e., Journal of Laws 2022, item 1385, as amended), implementing regulations, in particular the Decree of the Minister of Climate and Environment of March 22, 2023 on specific conditions for the operation of the electric power system (Journal of Laws 2023, item 819) and other generally applicable laws. (4) The Contractor shall have, as of the date of commencement of the comprehensive service, a contract with the Distribution System Operator to whose network the Ordering Party's facilities are connected, enabling the provision of comprehensive service for the facilities covered by this order. 5 The average annual amount of electricity planned to be drawn: 796.91 MWh (+/-) 30%. 6. detailed description of the subject matter of the order is set forth in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. 7. the terms and conditions of execution of the Subject of the Order are also contained in the Material Provisions of the Agreement, which is Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
