Germany - Electrical planning services, Violett children's and family center

Description

The subject of the procedure is the awarding of the planning services for technical electrical equipment in accordance with HOAI Part 4, Section 2 §§ 53 to 55, plant groups 4. heavy current systems (SSA), 5. telecommunications and information technology systems (FIA), 6. conveyor systems (FA) for the new construction of the "Violett" children's and family center in Freiburg.

As a result of a fire in summer 2022, the existing building of the Violett children's and family center in Freiburg-Weingarten can no longer be used and must be demolished. The city of Freiburg intends to build a new replacement building for the children's and family center. In addition, the adjacent depot of the garden and civil engineering department (gardeners' accommodation), including the social area, is to be integrated into the new replacement building.

A two-stage negotiated procedure with a public competition and negotiation phase in accordance with sections 14, 17 and 73 ff VgV will be carried out for ELT planning services in accordance with HOAI.
