Description

The main purpose of this undertaking is the renewal of basic equipment (cable ladder, lighting, OSV, VT, etc.) and the renewal of the primary energy network (11 kV and UPS) in the transport tube of the oldest tunnel sections located in the underground works of line 2 of the metro operated by STIB.See administrative specifications.
The present undertaking essentially comprisesa) the supply, laying and/or renewal of cable trays;b) the supply, laying and connection of lighting equipment, beacon boxes and signals Workers on tracks (OSV);c) the on-site supply and laying of the necessary cables (see metric);d) work mainly during the day but also at night (between 1.00 and 4.00 hours or between 1.30 and 4.30 hours depending on the section);e) the supply, laying and connection of the corresponding power supply and control panels;f) removing and evacuating abandoned cables;g) adapting the equipment that exists in the works and is maintained there, while having to be adapted with a view to providing the operator with an installation that meets the same criteria of functionality in all of these works;h) all services necessary to meet contractual obligations during the guarantee period.The purpose of this contract is the supply and installation of:- new cable trays and the accessories required for laying the cables;- all the cables required for the basic equipment (OSV, VT, lighting, etc.) in the new transmission tubes;- new basic equipment such as lighting, OSV, VT, etc.The supply of the equipment and the works, which are the subject of this contract, will be split up and will be carried out at various locations in the metro and pre-metro network in Brussels.The supply of the equipment and the works, which are the subject of the present contract, will be split up and will be carried out in various locations of the metro and pre-metro network in Brussels:- the factory construction of all the electrical and other equipment, including all their accessories - to be supplied by the successful tenderer - and specified (see quantity survey) in these special specifications; - the conformity tests (costs to be borne by the successful tenderer, in accordance with the requirements of the general specifications) of these supplies in accordance with the technical specifications of this document, both in the factory and at the places of entry into service;- the transport, unloading and storage of the equipment, to be supplied by the successful tenderer, in the assembly premises, including the costs of packing (remaining the property of the successful tenderer) and unpacking;- the delivery to the site of all the equipment supplied by the successful tenderer or placed at his disposal;- the on-site assembly, fixing (including the supply of suitable fixing accessories) and sealing work for all the equipment brought to the site [cf. d) above and the quantity survey];- the supply and installation of all pipework in the technical rooms and tunnels;- the laying, mechanical protection, connection and location of the cables connecting the various items of equipment installed by the successful tenderer inside the works;- the cleaning of the premises;- the protection of the equipment supplied against corrosion, either by galvanisation or painting, taking into account the colours standardised and/or specified elsewhere in these special specifications;- testing and fine-tuning of all the equipment supplied by the successful tenderer;- the necessary holes and tightening of the holes around the cabling in order to restore the fire resistance of the walls and the watertightness of the walls penetrated;- satisfactory commissioning of all the equipment in the technical rooms and tunnels. This commissioning shall include the general coordination of tests and installations, including the services necessary for the acceptance of the installations (including any acceptance by an approved neutral body);- the supply of tools (including all accessories) for the maintenance, assembly and repair of the equipment supplied by the successful tenderer, etc., details of which must be given in the tender (name, quantity, references, unit price, etc.);- the supply of the equipment (including all accessories) for the maintenance, assembly and repair of the equipment supplied by the successful tenderer, etc., details of which must be given in the tender (name, quantity, references, unit price, etc.);- the supply of the equipment (including all accessories) for the maintenance, assembly and repair of the equipment supplied by the successful tenderer, etc., details of which must be given in the tender (name, quantity, references, unit price, etc.);- the supply of the equipment (including all accessories) for the maintenance, assembly and repair of the equipment supplied by the successful tenderer.the supply of plans, instructions (descriptions, maintenance, repair work) and detailed diagrams (to be supplied in French and Dutch, in accordance with the instructions set out elsewhere), in addition to the preparatory documents for the subsequent intervention file (as defined in the health and safety plan);- informing STIB staff;- bringing the containers into the tunnels from a depot located in the Brussels conurbation with a view to storing the used cables removed, including the loading and unloading of those containers. The handling of these containers must be coordinated with the STIB's track and works department and other simultaneous undertakings;- taking back full containers and transporting them to the place designated by the managing official;- fixing special cables such as the radio cable wherever they hang outside the cable ladders;- the supply and fixing of all parts (non-corrosion-sensitive, current-conducting, halogen-free, easily dismantled and not encroaching on the metro gauge) designed to protect the cables in vertical and horizontal runs;- the drillings and levelling necessary for the correct routing of the cable trays and cables;- when removing cables that are no longer in use, which have been located and identified beforehand by the competent services of the STIB following the application of a precise protocol, the replacement of the clamps to enable all the cables that are to remain in place to be held and fixed;- at the points where cables pass from the sub-docks to the tunnel shelves, the correct fixing of the cables remaining in place to the vertical shelves. Under no circumstances may the cables be tied together to form a bundle of cables;- the earthing of the cable trays;- the supply of the tools, equipment necessary for the maintenance of the cable trays and existing cables during the replacement of defective ladders. The successful tenderer must give details in his tender of the tools and equipment used and the cost thereof. The tests and adjustment of all such tools and equipment must be carried out by the successful tenderer before the start of the work to replace defective ladders;- the successful tenderer shall be responsible for any damage to cables, cable ladders, etc., as well as theft, acts of vandalism, etc., as soon as the supplies in question have been taken over;- the usual maintenance of the equipment supplied during the guarantee period;- the complete cleaning of the premises.
