Description

This framework agreement concerns the renewal operations (supply and installation) of the Industrial Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and High Speed Circuit Breakers (HSC) present in the 2007 generation substations of the following CTS tramway network: Alouettes, Saint-Urbain, Wihrel, Kibitzenau depot. In SST Boecklin, only the PLC needs to be changed.
The GTC system (Centralized Technical Management) currently in service on the whole tramway network allows, from operator stations installed at the PCC of the Cronenbourg depot, the supervision of the fixed technical equipment, installed on-line, mainly in the passenger stations and in the electrical substations. Field automatons collect information from this equipment and are connected to the GTC computers of the PCC by the ground-ground transmission network. The GTC does not supervise the railway signalling of the shunting areas, as it has its own supervision system.
