France - Electric vehicles

Description

Acquisition of electric utility vehicles, 4x4 version or classic version, with or without a driving licence, for internal travel within the parks and gardens of the Essonne department (Chamarande, Montauger or Méréville estates). This consultation in an open tender procedure is subject to the provisions of articles R. 2124-2, and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. It concerns two framework agreements with single-awarded purchase orders with no minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount, concluded pursuant to Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2163-14 of the Public Purchase Order Code. Purchase orders will be sent to the holder by the buyer as and when required.
Purchase and maintenance of "golfette-type" electric vehicles for parks and gardens. Purchase and maintenance of 4x4 electric vehicles for parks and gardens the 4x4 or classic type electric vehicle has the following minimum characteristics:- sturdiness,- ease of use and ergonomics,- comfort,- ease of maintenance,- availability of spare parts.the vehicle must be able to carry two people in addition to the minimum payload of 200 kg. The vehicles are intended to be used by the services of green spaces or technical services to travel over areas (dirt roads, stabilized, asphalt ...) or to sites closed to road traffic, for missions of:- safety rounds,- transport of tools and waste, small equipment, luggage, packages, tables and drinks,- garbage collection.
