Description

As a rule, the target group are persons who are able to work and who have submitted an application for ALG II and who are not yet classified as being close to integration. Furthermore, if necessary, participants can be assigned who do not have sufficient data, e.g. - existing customers without profiling,- eligible beneficiaries who move into an existing community of need, or- those who have moved in from other cities who were already receiving benefits in the SGB II before. The aim is to provide the needy with comprehensive information about new customers at the beginning of the initial counselling period, after the initial counselling period, with the necessary information for further mediation efforts. The measure is divided into a one-week basic module, which is the same for all participants, and two different advanced modules. The modules start each Tuesday and last a total of 9 or 14 working days and are offered with the same content in the morning and afternoon areas. Every week, Tuesday, 30 customers are expected to transfer from the basic module to the add-on modules, and 2 customers per week are estimated to visit only the basic module due to performance limitations. 16 customers will be able to join the basic module on Mondays and Tuesdays, which corresponds to a total of 1,600 customers for 50 calendar weeks (excluding Christmas and New Year's Eve weeks).
