Description

This consultation concerns: coordination, writing, illustration, layout, printing and distribution of the Hautes-Alpes departmental magazine. The Department publishes a magazine entitled "Hautes-Alpes le mag", which is distributed to all the Hautes-Alpes and put online on the website www.hautes-alpes.fr four times a year (a fifth may be produced on an exceptional basis). The publication schedule is as follows: January, April, July and October. The basic pagination is 28 pages, with the possibility of increasing to 32 pages depending on current events. The magazine has a print run of 67,000 copies, 63,500 of which are distributed in all the letterboxes of the Department of the Hautes-Alpes. It is an open invitation to tender (framework agreement with a maximum) subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 and L2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
The service provider will carry out and coordinate all the stages of the magazine from the definition of the contents to the delivery of the production file to the printer holding batch no. 2. Photoengraving, printing, packaging, quality control of the different sectors, processing control, delivery to the distributor and the Department. Distribution of the magazine in all the letter boxes of the Department of the Hautes-Alpes.
