Description
The main features of the framework agreement are detailed in the application CR. The services are the subject of a framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator and executed as and when purchase orders are issued in accordance with Articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-4 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code de la commande publique. This framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 36 months from 4.12.2020 or from the date of its notification, whichever is the later. It may be expressly renewed twice twelve months. The time limit for the performance of the services shall be set out in each order form.
