France - Economic impact assessment services

Description

The purpose of this contract is to acquire economic research and analysis services, mainly aimed at producing a forecast of the technical equilibrium of the AGS scheme.
A main service, consisting in the production and supply to ags of a forecast of the technical equilibrium of the ags scheme (relating to advances, contributions and recoveries), 3 times a year, combined with a detailed analysis of the French economy and trends in the economic and financial situation of companies, employment and wages (details in paragraph 2.2.1). Complementary services, covering 3 other specific needs of the ags: production of technical notes and contribution to ags publications, support and advice to ags teams and organization of internal seminars (details in paragraph 2.2.2). An option relating to the transfer to the ags of the data analysis model used to calculate its technical balance (advances, contributions and recoveries). This option includes the transfer of the analysis model with its technical and functional specifications to the ags, and must include a transfer of skills to enable AGS employees to take ownership of the model (details in paragraph 2.2.3).
