Canada - École du Boisé_Conception, acquisition and installation of modular buildings

Description

The Centre de services scolaire des Navigateurs wishes to obtain bids to retain services for the design, acquisition and installation of modular buildings.
The location of the work is École Boisé, 396 rue Pamphile-Le may, Lévis (QC) G6C 1P2.

The contract must be completed by July 18, 2025.

Specifications, plans and other relevant documents are available from SE@O (Système électronique d'appel d'offres) at www.seao.ca.

A site visit will take place on November 04 at 1:30 pm.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, either in the form of a certified cheque for an amount equal to 10% of the total amount of the bid, excluding all applicable taxes, payable to Centre de services scolaires des Navigateurs, or an irrevocable letter of guarantee or bid bond in the same amount valid for a period of 45 days from the bid opening date. Please note that the letter of guarantee or bid bond must be issued by a financial institution that is an insurer licensed under the Act respecting insurance (R.S.Q., c. A-32) to transact surety insurance, a trust company licensed under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (R.S.Q., c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative governed by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (R.S.Q., c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (S.C., 1991, c. 46), failing which the bid will be automatically rejected.

All public calls for tenders, specifications and bids are governed by the Act respecting contracting by public bodies and its regulations, and by the policies, regulations or directives of the Centre de services scolaires des Navigateurs.
This call for public tenders is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements:
ACCQO - Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario;
CEFTA - Canadian Free Trade Agreement;

For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement covered by the law is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by such agreement, and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (R.S.Q., c. B.-1.1), will be considered.
Tenderers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender.
Please note that any offer, gift or payment, remuneration or advantage with a view to being awarded the contract resulting from this call for tenders may result in the rejection of the tender or, as the case may be, the termination of the contract.

The School Service Centre does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.
