The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure 55 ECOTI Thermal Monoculars. These specifications and quantities are set forth for all related products and services. This is a no substitute IFB for the specifications listed.Questions must be submitted in writing to RA-SPPSPBIDS@pa.gov no later than May 3, 2024.All bids must be submitted through the PA supplier portal at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.usONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION. All bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS emarketplace website to view any change notices to this IFB. The change notices shall become incorporated as part of this bid.
