Description

Due to the high demand for comprehensive school places in Münster, the city council has decided to establish a third municipal comprehensive school. Due to the closure of the secondary school "Friedensreich-Hundertwasser-Schule" and the existing infrastructure, the Roxel school center can be used as a school location. Due to the conversion from secondary school to comprehensive school, there is a lack of classrooms, subject rooms and team rooms as well as office and ancillary rooms for the additional upper school years 11 to 13. The contract only covers the architectural services required for the conversion and refurbishment of the existing buildings in terms of buildings and interiors. The outer shell is to undergo extensive energy-efficient refurbishment and is also part of the brief. The planning of a necessary new extension building is not the subject of this contract, but will be awarded separately. In total, the award comprises service phases 1 to 9, whereby a phased commissioning is planned (see "Information on options").
