ICF Wood Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., ul. Rzeszowska 37B, 38-120 Czudec, invites you to submit an offer for delivery of fixed assets in the form of drying chambers for drying beech and oak wood - 10 pieces within the project entitled "Implementation of technological process innovation in the production of furniture board by ICF Wood" carried out under the Operational Programme Eastern Poland, Priority Axis I: Entrepreneurial Eastern Poland, Sub-measure 1.3.1 Implementation of innovation by SMEs, Application for funding for project No: POPW.01.03.01-18-0019/19.
Delivery: dryers for drying beech and oak wood - 10 pieces.Delivery means delivery to the place of receipt of complete dryers. The cost of delivery of the dryers shall include all the costs associated with their proper operation, the possibility of verifying their proper functioning and the effective exercise of the rights arising from the guarantees given on the dryers. Therefore, the offer should also include the costs of assembly and installation or training for the dryer operation.The required minimum functionality and technical parameters for each of the 10 dryers:- dryers designed for drying beech and oak wood,- dryers made of 100 % aluminum resistant to oak acids,- all connections made of inox connectors,- bimetallic inox aluminum heaters,- insulation made of glass wool with a thickness of not less than 135 mm,- external sheathing made of trapezoidal sheet with internal ventilation channels,- fireplaces equipped with recuperators, saving heat energy, - forced circulation and air exchange, - minimum 6 fans with power not less than 3.8 kW each, - noise level of the dryer 10 m from the dryer at the height of 1 m above the ground - not more than 60 decibels, - width of the dryer from the loading side: 10 m - 11 m,- depth of the dryer: 8,5 m - 9,5 m,- height to the apparent ceiling: 4,0 m - 4,5 m,- dimensions of loading door minimum 10,5 m x 4,0 m,- sliding loading door,- loading system: forklift, from the front,- maximum drying temperature - not less than 70 oC,- heating power - not less than 340 000 Kcal/h at 60 oC in the chamber,- inspection door - in the side wall,- resistance to snow load - not less than 100 kg/m2,- wind resistance - not less than 90 km/h,- control panel,- control panel - PC computer, color monitor at least 15 inches,- capacity of the dryer - not less than 100 m3 frieze charge.Additional information and requirements: Dryers should stand in two rows - five dryers per row. Dryers in one row may have common walls. Dryers standing in a single row may have a common door opening mechanism. The provision of electricity and hot water connection from the plant network is on the purchaser's side. The Contracting Authority shall be responsible for the installations from which the dryers will be supplied, while the Tenderer shall only connect the dryers to the finished installations. The offer should therefore not include the costs associated with the installation for the connection of electricity and hot water. The Contracting Authority will make the foundations on its own. Therefore, the offer should contain complete technical documentation, designs - necessary to make the foundations and obtain all necessary permits.The Contracting Authority reserves that submission of offers not meeting the above mentioned parameters means rejection of offers at the stage of formal evaluation.
