Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter referred to as KKH) pursues the goal of concluding rebate contracts with all suitable pharmaceutical companies pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V on the active ingredient(s) within the framework of a so-called "open house procedure". All suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a rebate contract in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for the above-mentioned active ingredient, subject to uniform contract conditions and a uniform access procedure. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents as well as the contract from the contact address mentioned under l.1.
The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (hereinafter referred to as KKH) is pursuing the goal of concluding rebate contracts with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for the following active ingredients (ATC) and, if necessary, restricting them to certain dosage forms within the framework of a so-called "open house procedure":1. Dexamethasone only preparations for use on/in the eye (ATC:S01BA01 )Subject to uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a rebate contract in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for the above-mentioned active ingredient. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents as well as the contract from the contact address mentioned under l.1. A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company submits the requested participation documents completely filled out and signed. A contract will be concluded with each pharmaceutical company that fulfills the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not given. The entry or the conclusion of the contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted. Should the KKH carry out a tender for exclusive contracts in the form of the Open Procedure during the term of the contract for the active ingredients, the contracts concluded in the context of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
