The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts in accordance with Section 130a (8) of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V) for various active ingredients as part of a so-called open house procedure. All suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a rebate contract in accordance with Section 130a (8) of the German Social Code, Book V for the active ingredient in question, subject to uniform contract conditions and a uniform access procedure. The earliest contract start date is December 1, 2022, and the contract end date is November 30, 2024. Accession to this open-house procedure is possible at any time during the contract term. The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts pursuant to Section 130a (8) of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V) for various active ingredients as part of an open-house procedure.
