Service concession in the form of a public service delegation for the management of the public drinking water service of the former SIVOM of the canton of Vernoux and of the Deux Chênes community of communes. The concessionaire must ensure the operation of the drinking water service in the area concerned from 1.The perimeter of the Deux Chênes community of communes will be included in the leased area as from 1.7.2022. The concessionaire will have to carry out the concessive works mentioned in the draft contract, attached to the consultation file.
