Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of dressing materials, specialist dressings and anti-growth hemostatic powder, bone wax, according to the detailed description contained in the ToR. Medical devices offered by the Contractors in this procedure must meet the requirements resulting from the Act of 20 May 2010 on Medical Devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 186, as amended) The minimum shelf life of the offered assortment should be at least 12 months from the date of delivery.
