IKK Südwest pursues the goal of concluding contracts with all suitable service providers for the supply of dressing materials. The intention is to ensure a uniform, high-quality and economical supply of dressing materials. All interested companies can join the contract at any time during the term of the contract under the same conditions (admission model).The contracts are concluded within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". In the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract content, terms and conditions, and access procedures are uniform. No individual negotiations are conducted with interested parties. The earliest possible start of the contract is the 10.02.2023 day after publication. (Cf. also the comments on the open-house model under II.2.4.).
The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts for the provision of healthcare to insured persons of IKK Südwest by other service providers, including all related services, insofar as these are the responsibility of the service provider and are not excluded pursuant to Section 92 (1) Sentence 2 No. 6 SGB V. Only products that are listed in the "Große Deutsche Arzneimittelspezialitätentaxe" (so-called LauerTaxe) at the time of dispensing with the indicator "Verbandstoff/Pflaster" (dressing material/plaster) and that comply with the specifications of Section P of the G-BA Guideline on Medicinal Products including the corresponding Annex Va are dispensable and billable under the present contract. The dressing materials covered by the contract must comply with the essential requirements for medical devices in accordance with the current EU Medical Devices Directive and bear a valid CE mark.The contract term is indefinite; a contract can be concluded at any time. The contract contains provisions for ordinary termination for both contracting parties.Interested persons please contact the contact person for the dressing contract by e-mail at verbandstoffeSoLei@ikk-sw.de. A confidentiality agreement will then be sent and upon receipt, both the contract and the self-declaration will be made available. Interested parties who wish to become contract partners must submit the signed contract documents as well as the company-specific information by mail (in advance by e-mail). Confirmation of membership will then be sent immediately.
