IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

The Department of National Defence (DND) Real Properties Operations Detachment Borden (RP Ops Det Borden) is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of all the infrastructure on the department’s property.

The Contractor must provide Door Access Systems Software, Support Maintenance and Licenses for 576 Door Readers at the Department of National Defense Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden in Borden, Ontario.

The services must include a Software Support Plan, Licenses and Maintenance Services (Support Services) which includes a technical hotline support from 0830 to 1630, EST, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays, with a telephone response time of two (2) hours from the time the call is made.

The period of the Contract is for 2 firm years plus, 2, 1-year option periods.
