Description

The study targets two main objectives: 1/ to identify the different "values" relating to food waste and their influences on the act of throwing away food within the household and during meals taken away from home; 2/ to identify levers, build targeted awareness messages to reduce waste at all stages of the meal (shopping, tidying up, preparation, consumption) taking into account sensitivities to the different notions of "values" and identify the most effective communication channels.
