Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of laboratory reagents with the lease of test analyzers and centrifuges divided into 5 packages listed in the table below:
Reagents for the determination of the RPC with the lease of two analysers
Coagulology - test reagents with lease of two analysers
Reagents including lease of two analysers to measure critical parameters
Reagents for haematological tests with lease of two analysers with the possibility of operating in the mode: CBC+WBC-6DIFF (ul. Wileńska 37) and CBC+WBC-6DIFF+RET (ul. Wólczańska 191/195)
5. vacuum or aspiration-vacuum blood collection system with lease of two centrifuges
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, together with the quantities, are contained in Annexes No. 2 to No. 6 to the ToR, also referred to hereinafter as the ToR, "Cost estimate - package of ...". The leased apparatus will be used to perform the tests specified in Annexes 2 to 6 to the ToR.
