Description

The purpose of these Administrative Bases is to contract the Digital Media Broadcasting Service to inform through its online platforms and its programmatic line, about the various activities, programs and information of the Municipality during the year 2024, in order to be known by the community in general.

For this purpose, the Digital Media Dissemination service is consulted, where the supplier must ensure dissemination and continuous coverage of municipal information, activities and programs, when requested, and its provision and delivery of service must comply with the characteristics described in the technical terms of reference. The service to be provided is grouped into the following items:

Item 1:
Banner

It is requested to incorporate a banner in the upper part of the web site and inside the news or between paragraphs. They can be in movement or static, color, and in measures of 1920600. The banner must stand out in a place of interest and destined to the social service, news or comments, as required by the Municipality of Quillota.

It must highlight in this graphic piece the name of the brand, in this case Municipality of Quillota and its slogan, The City We Want, in a prominent place, accompanied by images and interaction, and a direct and creative message of a campaign or information of interest. The banner must remain during the 7 days of the week.

Game 2:
Interview me live

We request the broadcasting of a live interview, with a minimum duration of 5 minutes, on a date and time to be chosen by the client according to the request and requirement of the Municipality of Quillota.

The schedules will be requested by the municipality, according to its communication plan and defined public, with the information prepared by the Municipal Press Unit on programs, activities and municipal plans related to the Municipality of Quillota. A minimum of 3 interviews or live interviews per week is required.

Item 3:
Publipost

It requires the publication of news on a date and time of the client's choice, in areas and topics as required by the Municipality of Quillota for the dissemination of municipal activities, programs and plans.

The news are prepared by the Municipality of Quillota with the information provided by the Municipal Press Unit. Once the requested service has been elaborated, a copy of the notice must be sent to the Press Unit, as a backup of the work done.

The publication of a minimum of 5 news items per week is required.

Item 4:
Mentions in social networks

Through their own platforms and accounts, they must disseminate news and videos of the Municipality of Quillota. To do so, they must publish and replicate information on their twitter, Facebook, Instagram and tiktok accounts, if they have them, at least 2 times a day, i.e. 14 publications per week. The topics will be prepared by the Municipality of Quillota, through the Municipal Press Unit.

It should be noted that this service will be awarded under the Multiple Award modality, without automatic issuance of a Purchase Order. This allows awarding more than one offer for each line of service tendered, without condition.
