Description

The aim is to conclude a rental and maintenance agreement for the printing and multifunctional systems of various device types described in more detail in the service specifications, including the services required for trouble-free operation. The contract shall commence on 1.10.2019. The devices must be available without restriction no later than 6 weeks after placing the order. This also includes the required training of the administrators. The term of the contract begins on the 1st of the month in which the first device was put into operation. The term of the contract is based on the page volume used and can therefore not be defined. However, the page volume was calculated on the basis of a term of 5 years. In view of the continuing digitalisation and the presumably decreasing number of prints, a print volume of 50,000,000 DIN A4 pages will be put out to tender. Once the total volume has been reached, it must be possible to reorder a volume of 10,000,000 DIN-A4 pages. 10,000,000 DIN-A4 pages must be reordered. For the laser printers and multifunction devices to be offered, the costs of the systems are to be offered on the basis of an all-in-click price. For this all costs are to be allocated to the page price.
