Description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the delivery and installation of equipment for an audiovisual system for remote teaching, hereinafter referred to as the "System". The system should consist of a set of PTZ cameras located in the teaching rooms indicated by the Purchaser. The number of classrooms to be implemented is: 38 classrooms. The equipment offered as part of the System should be brand new and unused, come from the current production (year of production not earlier than 2020), have the appropriate documents, certificates and reports allowing its sale and use in the Republic of Poland. 2) The scope of the contract includes the execution of the installation plan (stage 1), delivery of equipment with unloading and delivery, installation in the premises indicated by the Customer, testing of the system operation (stage 2) and training of the Customer's employees in its use - min. 4 persons (stage 3).

The equipment offered as part of the System should be brand new and unused, come from the current production (year of production not earlier than 2020), have the appropriate documents, certificates and reports allowing its sale and use in the Republic of Poland. 2) The scope of the contract includes the execution of the installation plan (stage 1), delivery of equipment with unloading and delivery, installation in the premises indicated by the Customer, testing of the system operation (stage 2) and training of the Customer's employees in its use - min. 4 persons (stage 3). The installation plan must include a detailed analysis of the possibility of connecting the equipment in 38 rooms, taking into account the current AV equipment in each room, together with information on planned dates of installation.3) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ;4) This contract is part of a larger contract awarded in parts. 4) This contract is part of a larger contract to be awarded in parts. Bielska 629) Required minimum warranty period: 24 months10) The Contracting Authority does not foresee any additional requirements related to the performance of the contract regarding social, economic, environmental, innovation, employment or confidentiality of information provided to the contractor during the performance of the contract;11) The Contracting Authority does not foresee a restricted clause as defined in Article 94 of the PPL Act;12) Due to the nature of the contract, the Contracting Authority does not foresee the obligation to employ a contract of employment referred to in Article 95 of the PPL Act.13) The Contracting Authority does not provide for an obligation of personal performance of tasks relating to the work of set-up and installation by individual economic operators applying jointly for the award of the contract within the meaning of Article 60 of the PPL Act or relating to the participation of entities making available resources within the meaning of Article 121 of the PPL Act.
