Description

The subject of the contract is the successive purchase of liquid fuels by refuelling vehicles and mechanical equipment at the disposal of the Ordering Party - with cashless, periodic settlement of transactions, at service stations, one of which should be within a radius of 5 km from the Ordering Party's seat with the possibility of access for trucks with a DMC of over 18 tons, as well as at least 20 service stations in the Lower Silesia Province. The list of persons for whom the Contractor will be obliged to provide access to make transactions (e.g. cards, other tools enabling non-cash transactions) will be presented after the selection of the most advantageous offer.Estimated quantity and range of liquid fuels to be ordered:1) Unleaded petrol PB95 - 30000 litres,2) Diesel oil - 700000 litres.the quality requirements specified in PN-EN 228:2013-04 "Fuels for motor vehicles. Unleaded petrol" and PN-EN 590:2013-12 "Fuels for motor vehicles. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have in each of the voivodships in Poland a min. of Lubelskie voivodship and a min. of Lubelskie voivodship. The indicated quantities of fuels are the maximum quantities to be delivered in the period from 1 March 2020 to 28 February 2023. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of reducing the quantity of deliveries by no more than 60%, in relation to the quantity covered in a given part of the order for a particular assortment, which does not cause changes in unit prices and cannot constitute a basis for claims of the parties on this account and does not constitute a prerequisite for amending the contract. The Contractor may then claim only the remuneration due for the actual performance of the part of the contract and the reduction of the remuneration shall be calculated on the basis of the unit rates stated in the price estimate. settlements:a) Settlement period - from the 1st to the 15th day of the month and from the 16th day of the month to the last day of the month. The date of sale is considered to be the last day of a given settlement period,b) Refuelling must be based on a tool enabling non-cash purchase by persons indicated by the Ordering Party,c) All the tools (e.g.: a) the refuelling must be carried out on the basis of a tool enabling non-cash purchase by persons indicated by the Ordering Party,d) All the tools (e.g.: a) the refuelling must be carried out on the basis of a cashless purchase by a person indicated by the Ordering Party, e.g. a cashless purchase by the Ordering Party or a cashless purchase by the Ordering Party. cards used in non-cash transactions should meet bank security standards and should be secured with a confidential PIN identification code, which will be known only to their users, d) Detailed arrangements regarding the number of tools for non-cash transactions, their types and the limits and options introduced will be agreed before the agreement is signed, e) The basis for settlements will be the number of purchased products according to the prices in force at a given station on the transaction date, less any discounts or rebates.
