Description

The subject of the order is the supply of fuel intended for compression ignition engines, CPV code 09134100 - diesel oil (CN code 2710 19 43, 2710 20 11):1) compliant with PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06: Fuels for motor vehicles - Diesel oils - Requirements and test methods; in case of a change of the above mentioned Polish Standard, the product delivered should each time meet the requirements resulting from the provisions of the Polish Standard in force on the day of delivery.2) meeting the quality requirements of "Standard Diesel Oil" and in the winter period "Diesel oil with improved low temperature properties" specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws No. 152, item 2592, as amended), and in the winter period "Diesel oil with improved low temperature properties" specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws No. 159, item 259, as amended). 1680); in the event of amendment of the regulations referred to above or their replacement by other regulations, the product delivered should each time meet the requirements resulting from the regulations in force on the day of delivery,3) in the estimated quantity of 1 650 m3 (one million six hundred and fifty thousand litres) - not being a strictly defined limit and if the specified quantity is not used or exceeded on the final date of validity of the agreement, neither party will be entitled to any claim to supplement it,4) to the following storage places: a) the service station at ul. Batory 35 in Ostrów Wielkopolski (code 63-400), underground tank of 20 m3,b) fuel warehouse at 1 Kolejowa Street in Syców (code 56-500), ground tank of 20 m3,c) fuel warehouse at ul. Broniewskiego 2 in Kępno (code 63-600), surface tank with a volume of 20 m3,5) by specialised road transport meeting the requirements of the law on the carriage of diesel fuel; 6) gradually (in partial deliveries), on average once a week, each time on the date, place and quantity specified by the customer, with one order document covering one date, number of locations from 1 to 3 and the total quantity from 10 m3 (ten thousand litres) to 22 m3 (twenty-two thousand litres),
