Description

The subject of the order is the successive purchase of diesel oil (diesel) for the purposes of operating vehicles belonging to the Urban Road Transportation Sp. z o.o. in Mielec by refuelling at the Contractor's petrol station, i.e.: a) 35 public transport buses, i.e.: - 12 metres long - 7 buses, - 2 buses, - 3 buses, - 4 buses, - 7 buses,- 8.5 m - 10.5 m - 27 pcs. - 7.9 m - 1 pcs.; b) cars: roadside assistance - 1 pcs., lorry - 2 pcs. 2 pcs. The estimated value of the order within 12 months is 500 000 litres of diesel oil.3Diesel oil must meet - quality requirements in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 23 October 2015, item 1680), the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25 March 2010 on methods for testing the quality of liquid fuels (uniform text in Journal of Laws of 2017), the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25 March 2010 on methods for testing the quality of liquid fuels (uniform text in Journal of Laws of 2017), the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 23 October 2015, item 1680) and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25 March 2010 on methods for testing the quality of liquid fuels (uniform text in Journal of Laws of 2017), item 247), and in accordance with the Polish Standard (PN) with parameters not worse than the Polish Standard PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 for diesel oil. Type of fuel adapted to the period of their use: in summer so-called summer fuel, and in winter so-called winter fuel. The Contractor will present at the petrol station documents and quality certificates of fuels at each request of the Ordering Party.4 The Ordering Party will fill in appropriate amounts of diesel oil based on actual needs at the Contractor's petrol station at the address indicated in the tender form.5 Buses will be filled in by the Contractor directly to vehicle tanks, however the rule to a full tank applies.6The Contractor shall ensure that diesel fuel can be filled 24 hours a day, on all days of the week, by non-cash transactions.7 The service station shall be equipped with a monitoring system presenting the image from the distributors from which the Ordering Party's buses will be filled.7 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Terms of Reference and in Appendix 2 to the ToR (draft contract).
