Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of fuel - standard diesel oil and diesel oil with improved low-temperature properties to the tanks of the company's fuel storage facility of Szczeciński Przedsiębiorstwo Autobusowe "Dąbie" Sp. z o.o. at 10 A. Struga St., 70-784 Szczecin, and to the tanks of the company's fuel storage facility (with the proviso that until 31.12.2023. this will be a fuel station due to its licensed activity - liquid fuels trading) of Szczecin Bus Company "Klonowica" Sp. z o.o. at 3c Klonowica St., 71-241 Szczecin in the period of 24 months from the date of commencement of execution (first delivery date) no later than from 01.12.2023 for SPA "Dąbie" Sp. z o.o. and no later than from 04.12.2023 for SPA "Klonowica" Sp. z o.o.
(1) The subject of the order is the supply of fuel - diesel fuel, the method of delivery and quality of which will meet the requirements set forth in currently applicable regulations, in particular in the Act of August 25, 2006 on the system of monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 846) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, 1314, as amended) and meeting the requirements of the currently applicable standard PN-EN 590.In addition, the delivered fuel should meet the following criteria:(a) microbiological purity and year-round resistance to possible biological contamination in fuel tanks, fuel station installations and buses,b) sulfur content of no more than 10 mg/kg,c) it must come from current production and not contain components from reworked products,d) in the period from April 16 to September 30, the contractor will supply standard diesel - for the summer period; in the period from March 1 to April 15 and from October 1 to November 15, the contractor will supply standard diesel - for the transitional period and in the period from November 16 to the end of February - standard diesel - for the winter period, e) in the winter period, i.e. November 16 to the end of February, in the event that the forecast atmospheric temperature will be lower than -15 ºC, the Contractor, at the request of the Purchaser, will provide diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties with a cold-filter locking temperature, CFPP -32 ºC, 2. The total volume of delivery is 12,800,000 liters (in words: twelve million eight hundred thousand liters) - includes the delivery of fuel - standard diesel fuel and diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties in the specified temperature conditions occurring in the city of Szczecin during unit deliveries. (3) The Purchaser may reduce or increase the maximum + 10% and up to - 30% of the quantity of fuels subject to the contract referred to in item 2 - depending on the needs. Decrease or increase in delivery within the limits described above does not constitute an amendment to the concluded contract.
