The subject of the contract is the supply of fuel to the vehicles of Jarocin Bus Lines Ltd. and "ZGO Ltd. in Jarocin - Wielkopolskie Centrum Recyklingu", covering successive supplies of diesel oil - meeting the quality requirements.
The subject of the contract is the supply of fuel to the vehicles of Jarocin Bus Lines Ltd. and ZGO Ltd. in Jarocin - Wielkopolskie Centrum Recyklingu, covering successive supplies of diesel oil - meeting quality requirements.2The Purchaser requires that diesel oil, which is the subject of the order, meets the following requirements:1) its parameters must be in accordance with the PN-EN 590:2013-12 standard,2) it must meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015, item 1680),3) it must not contain components derived from the regeneration of used products,4) it must not contain fuel markers.3Deliveries will be made to tanks located in the following locations:1) Jarocin Bus Lines Sp. z o.o. in Jarocin, ul. Zaciszna 5, 63-200 Jarocin,2) I tank - "ZGO Sp. z o.o. in Jarocin - Wielkopolskie Centrum Recyklingu", Witaszyczki, Mariusz Malynicza street 163-200 Jarocin, II tank (supply 1-2 times per quarter in amount of 2000 L) - Municipal Waste Transfer Station in Mateuszowo, 63 - 100 Śrem, Mateuszowo 8,4. The Ordering Party indicates that the estimated demand for diesel oil in the period covered by the contract is a maximum of 1,152,000 litres, i.e. 2) for "ZGO Sp. z o.o. in Jarocin - Wielkopolskie Centrum Recyklingu" up to 35,000 litres on average per month, i.e. 840,000 litres in the period of agreement validity. The quantity of diesel oil given in point 4 is the maximum (cannot be exceeded) that the Purchaser can buy during the term of the contract.6. The Contracting Authority does not allow submitting partial bids.8 The Contracting Authority does not allow submitting variant bids or bids in the form of electronic catalogues.9 The Contracting Authority does not provide for awarding contracts referred to in art. 214.1.8 of the Public Procurement Law.10 The Contracting Authority does not specify the requirements concerning the employment of persons on the basis of an employment relationship by a contractor or a subcontractor.11 The detailed rules for the performance of the contract are provided in APPENDIX NO 6 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).
