The subject of the order is the consecutive supply of 1 632.4 m3 (1 632 400 liters) of diesel fuel to Miejski Zakład Komunikacji w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim sp. z o.o. in 2024 for the Ordering Party's own needs and for the purpose of conducting business activity in the field of liquid fuel trading, using the infrastructure of the liquid fuel station in Gorzów Wielkopolski at 46 Kostrzyńska Street.
The subject of the contract is the consecutive supply of 1,632.4 m3 (1,632,400 liters) of diesel fuel to Miejski Zakład Komunikacji w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim sp. z o.o. in 2024 for the Ordering Party's own needs and for the purpose of conducting business in the area of liquid fuels trading with the following CN codes: 2710 19 43, 2710 20 11, using the infrastructure of the liquid fuel station in Gorzów Wielkopolski at 46 Kostrzyńska St. The offered fuel must meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels. Successive deliveries of diesel fuel are planned from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party. Diesel oil will be delivered by the Contractor's tanker trucks at the Contractor's expense and risk to the Ordering Party's fuel station located at 46 Kostrzyńska Street, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp. Deliveries will take place from Monday to Saturday (except holidays) at the times indicated by the Ordering Party, according to the deadline presented in the bid from the moment of placing an order via e-mail by an authorized employee of the Ordering Party. The expected volume of a single delivery is about 31 m3. Settlement of diesel fuel deliveries will be made with volume compensation to the temperature of +15 degrees C. Each delivery of diesel fuel should have a proof of issue and a quality certificate. The Employer reserves the right to inspect the compliance of the quality parameters of the delivered diesel fuel each time according to the delivered quality certificate.
