Description
As the developer, the municipality of Lütjensee is planning the
realization/implementation of the legally valid B-Plan No.31, for
a total of 19 building plots with access from Oetjendorfer Weg
1.1 Location of the construction sites in the municipality of Lütjensee
The planning area is located southwest of the K 98-
( Oetjendorfer Weg ), northwest of the Dornredder construction area and
north-east to the extended Am Hainholz/ Ohlenhof development area,
framed by two areas currently used for agriculture

Traffic access to B-Plan No. 31 is provided directly from
the district road K 98 (known locally as Oetjendorfer Weg) via
a new access road starting at the Oetjendorfer Weg carriageway.
