Description

With more than 40,000 students and approximately 6,000 employees, the University of Hamburg is the largest research and educational institution in northern Germany. As a central service provider, the university administration strives to optimize and digitize its administrative activities. Through the introduction of software for the electronic administration of travel expenses, the entire process from the application to the payment of reimbursements is to be digitalized as completely as possible. 14,000 business trips and business outings, including their accounting, are currently incurred each year. In addition, there are the accounts of external persons and guests who are not employed at the University of Hamburg and who are reimbursed for travel expenses on the basis of an agreement or commitment. A high-performance service provider is to be engaged on the basis of an "EVB-IT System Contract" to support the University of Hamburg in the implementation of such travel expense management software.
