Description

The subject of the contract is the new development and creation of the web-based statement database application ("StellDB-2.0") under migration of old data from the old application "StellDB-1.0" and of data from repositories of the federal states as well as a maintenance period of 24 months after transfer of the application into operation. For this purpose, a technical requirements analysis has to be carried out; i.e., the requirement specification (see award documents) for the "StellDB-2.0" is implemented flanked by interviews with the stakeholders to form a coordinated requirement specification. This requirement specification is implemented in the course of software development and:- as a database (including structure modeling, instance implementation, data migration),- as a web interface (including source code files programming, integration of neighboring systems) and- as web services (including interfaces definition, implementation and testing) implemented and- tested in 2 stages (as an empty application and in a pilot phase).After the acceptance the handover to the enterprise takes place, whereby on the one hand the users of "StellDB-2.0" are to be trained (appropriate documents are to be used) and on the other hand a detailed documentation of the application is written (including test protocols) and handed over to the client. This process takes place in compliance with the client-specific IT guides and IT concepts (online style guide, etc.) specified in the specifications (see tender documents). In addition, a maintenance contract must be concluded for 24 months (see tender documents).
