We take responsibility for the city of Berlin and its people. With around 76,000 apartments in our portfolio, we are one of the largest and most efficient companies in the sector in Germany. Our portfolios cover the entire city area and we are continuously expanding our housing stock through new construction and acquisitions. We are constantly improving our service so that we can meet the diverse needs of our customers. With over 1,500 employees, we build, manage and operate our own portfolios. degewo is planning the relaunch of its new website, including subdomains. To this end, Corporate Communications will be preparing a new brand concept in the coming year, with the help of which the redesign of the websites can be planned. However, until the new concept is completed, services are also needed to support and maintain the current website. The purpose of this call for tenders is to find a suitable service provider for both the support and the relaunch. This RFP does not include platform services and or hosting components.
