Development of an intergenerational municipal park
PUBLIC CALL FOR TENDERS
The Municipality of Saint-Médard invites tenders for the following work:
Site levelling, including excavation and backfilling for the various layouts.
Crushed stone parking lot.
Concrete sidewalks, slabs on grade, stairs and curbs.
Landscaping.
Installation of playground equipment.
Electrical work.
Other related work.
Tender documents will be available on the "Système Électronique d'Appel d'Offres" (S.E.A.O.) website ( www.seao.ca ). Obtaining documents is subject to the fees charged by this organization.
To be validly considered, all bids must be prepared on the form provided on the SEAO site.
The person in charge of the call for tenders for the municipality of Saint-Médard is Mr. Nicolas Lessard-Dupont ( nicolas.lessard-dupont@cld-basques.qc.ca).
Tenders must be received and physically delivered to the Saint-Médard municipal office (51-A, rue Principale Est) before 3:00 p.m. local time on May 2, 2024. They will be publicly opened in the municipal council chambers immediately after the deadline.
The Municipality of Saint-Médard does not accept electronic bids.
The Municipality of Saint-Médard reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and to deduct certain parts of the contract. The Employer shall not be liable for any claims for costs or losses incurred by the bidders as a result of such decisions.
