By the present notice, the Centre de services scolaires de Montréal (CSSDM) invites bids for the following call for tenders:

Title: Development and installation of evacuation plans and graphic fire safety plans - Maintenance team

Purpose of contract: The purpose of this call for tenders is to retain the services of a supplier for the development and installation of evacuation plans and graphic fire safety plans, on a lump-sum basis at the request of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this call for tenders. The supplier shall :

1. Visit the premises concerned and record physical data, such as emergency exits, manual releases, extinguishers, hoses, etc.

2. Using plan backgrounds supplied by the CSSDM, design sketches representing the physical locations indicating the physical data previously inventoried.

3. Submit drafts to the SRM applicant (in most cases, the building technician or project manager (PM)), specifying total quantities.

Given the current situation, bidders wishing to submit a paper bid are asked to come to the CSSDM administrative center on the day of the opening. A representative of the Procurement Office will be on hand to receive bids from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

The CSSDM will receive bids for the corresponding call for tenders by 2 p.m. on the opening date indicated. All paper bids must be delivered sealed in an envelope marked with the return label included with the call for tenders, or any exact reproduction of its contents, and with the bidder's name and address in the upper left-hand corner. Electronic bids may only be submitted via the SEAO.

It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the documents are deposited at 5100 Sherbrooke Street East, 1st floor, Montreal, Quebec, H1V 3R9 on the date and at the time stipulated in this call for tenders, and delivered by hand to the Procurement Office.

It is important to allow sufficient time for access and submission of bids. The CSSDM cannot be held responsible for delays related to access management in the context of a pandemic.

Visitor parking is available for those wishing to submit paper bids.

Tenderers may contact the person in charge for any information they may require. The CSSDM does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received.

Tender documents must be obtained directly and exclusively from the SÉAO.

No list of document takers will be provided by the owner.
