Description
Immigration Service Delivery (ISD) in the Department of Justice (DoJ) seeks to procure a number of desktop fingerprint devices (Idema MTop 2020 or equivalent) and an enhanced support agreement for the devices in order to facilitate faster and more reliable processing in both its International Protection Office (IPO) and the Registration Office. This approach will also ensure a better customer experience on application and registration.
